This November, Vote for Ocean Beach Park on the Ballot

San Franciscans of all ages and abilities love Ocean Beach Park. Vote in November to make it permanent!

A new park will make the coast more accessible to all San Franciscans

Imagine a park lining San Francisco’s western edge, full of people enjoying the coast in ways not possible on the sand. This November, we have a unique opportunity to look to the future, and permanently protect this special part of our city for future generations.

The Great Highway will soon become a Road to Nowhere, when its southern portion closes due to coastal erosion. San Francisco voters now face a choice: Should we continue to invest in maintaining a road that is quickly becoming obsolete, or should we look to the future and make the coast even more accessible for future generations?

Who are we?

We are families, walkers, stroller users, runners, scooter-ers, skaters, seniors, people with disabilities, and bike users who believe that parks are for people and that everyone should be able to safely enjoy the Great Walkway.
